⏱️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect online.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free shipping is available on all orders within the United States.
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after shipment.

🇪🇺 Europe Shipping

  • Free shipping also applies to European orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days after shipment.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship globally outside the USA and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary by destination. These will be calculated at checkout or communicated via email if necessary.

Please note that import duties and taxes (including VAT) may apply and are the customer’s responsibility once the shipment arrives in your country.

📦 Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can monitor the shipping status directly through the provided tracking link. If you encounter any issues or delays, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

🏤 Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes where possible. However, some carriers may have restrictions. If you need your order shipped to a P.O. Box, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
