📦 When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

  • USA: Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days.
  • Other countries: Shipping times vary by location.

📬 Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within a few days, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us directly.

🔄 What’s your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Email us at organizedbykelli@hotmail.com to start your return process.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and other secure payment options through Shopify’s checkout system.

📦 Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery time and cost will depend on your location. Customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import policies.

🧽 Are your storage bags washable?

Yes, most of our fabric-based storage bags are washable. We recommend hand washing or gentle machine washing, and air drying to maintain shape and durability.
