📦 Order & Shipping

  • When will my order ship?
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
  • Do you offer tracking?
    Yes! A tracking number will be emailed to you after dispatch. Please allow up to 48 hours for it to update.
  • Where do you ship?
    We ship to the USA, Europe, and internationally. Shipping is free in the USA & Europe.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return an item?
    Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
  • How do I request a return?
    Email us at organizedbykelli@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Do I need an account to order?
    No account is required — but creating one allows you to track orders and manage purchases easily.
  • Is my information safe?
    Absolutely. We use secure encryption and do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure options via Shopify checkout.
  • Will I be charged any extra fees?
    We do not charge additional fees. International customers may be subject to customs duties or VAT upon arrival.
